Edina's 4th of July Parade 2017

Thank you to all of those who participated in the 2017 Edina 4th of July Parade!

On behalf of the BCLFSC, thank you to all who came to represent the Club in the Edina 4th of July Parade.

A special thank you to Alex Constantine, Jim Smart and Jenny Medina for their part in Leading and coordinating.

Tunes cranking, kids walking and skating—we had over 25 participants from the club. Kids and adults!!

A great time had by all.  Your participation made for a fun day.

Mark your calendar for 2018 —- July 4th– Parade Day!!

Show club pride and represent skating in our community!

Join us to walk (or roller skate) on Tuesday July 4, 2017 in Edina’s 4th of July Parade.

The parade starts at 10 am so we will be meeting along Normandale Blvd/Wilson Road at 9:30 am. You can either walk in the parade with your child (and some club parents) or pick them up from the end of the parade at the US Bank Parking lot by 50th and France.

We will be handing out lots of candy and looking patriotic in red, white and blue clothing or a skating dress.  It is generally a hot day so sun screen is recommended as are a pair of comfortable shoes for the long walk.   We will, however, have plenty of bottles of cold water with us. This year we will have a car and hopefully music (!) but any extra wagons to carry candy and water are appreciated.

Let us know if you plan to join us by clicking here.

FYI, parking can be tricky so be sure to check out the city of Edina website for more information about parking and the route.
