Ice Show After Party
After Friday night’s Ice Show, continue the fun into the night with Braemar coaches, skaters and families at our annual Ice Show After Show Party! The party will be held less than 5 minutes from Braemar Arena–across Hwy 169 at Champions Hall (7000 Washington Avenue S, Eden Prairie). The cost is $5 per person at the door. Please RSVP with an approximate count for your family to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can plan for pizza and refreshments! See you at the PARTY!!!
It’s been another amazing year for our BCLFSC skaters! You are invited to participate in the fun and excitement as a Patron of the Ice Show to celebrate their accomplishments.
For as little as $40, your name or the name of your family or business will be displayed prominently in the program as a Patron, a sponsor of your favorite skater and the Braemar-City of Lakes Figure Skating Club Ice Show.
In addition, you will receive a complimentary copy of the Ice Show program and, as a Gold or Silver Patron, you will receive complimentary Ice Show tickets. Gold Patrons receive 4 tickets and Silver Patrons receive 2 tickets. Additional tickets may be ordered: $10 for adults and $5 for students and seniors. Your Patron Ice Show tickets will be mailed to your home.
Participating as a Patron is a great way for grandparents to show their support for their skater. Please forward this information to them.
If you have questions or need more information, please email Jules Geisler at email@example.com.
Support Ad for your favorite skater or skater support person in Ice Show Program!
Personally, show your support and appreciation for your favorite skater or support person in a lasting way. We’re putting together the program for our Braemar Ice Show and we want to include your message of congratulations, thanks, support, encouragement or fond memories.
Your message is printed in the format of a magazine ad, ranging from quarter page to half page to full page, using your picture, graphics, text and layout. See Support Ad example.
Please complete the Agreement Form and submit it with you check and the artwork for your ad by April 15th. Please submit your ad in a final and complete layout in jpeg or PDF format, if possible.
Also, note two other Ice Show support opportunities. Consider participating as a Patron or placing a Love Note. Time is short, so please act today! If you have questions, please contact Jules Geisler at JulesGeisler@mac.com.
The Braemar Ice Show is almost right around the corner. Take advantage of a Braemar tradition in the Ice Show program. Create a note from you to someone in the show, your favorite coach or support person! Attached for your convenience is the Love Notes Form with all the information you need to know. The deadline for submitting a Love Note is April 15th.
This is an excellent way for other family members and friends (grandparents, aunts, uncles, etc.) to show support, too. So consider forwarding this to them.
If you have questions, please contact Jen Deets at firstname.lastname@example.org.
In order to make the Braemar Ice Show a success, we need many helping hands. Please click on this email Jenny Medina at JennyMedina@me.com to volunteer either the night of the show(s), the Ice Show After Party (immediately following the Friday Ice Show) or on Picture Night or chaperone. This serves as a guide until we update with the 2017 SignUpGenius link (early April 2017).
With your volunteer participation in the Ice Show and/or Ice Show After Party, your skater is eligible to skate in the Opening Number! Hours worked will count towards your 2015-16 Volunteer Commitment! Thank you!
