Volunteers Spotlight

Carrie Corsaro – 2019 Volunteer of the Year!

Carrie has spent countless hours of dedicated time to the Braemar Figure Skating Club. Having served on the board for four years, most of those years as an executive member and Club Treasurer, Carrie brought detail and consistency to our club budgets and financials; and a voice-of-the-club with arena leadership. No stranger to detail, she also provided valuable volunteer hours assisting with costumes for shows and synchronized skating and was lead volunteer for our competition. Her talents are amazing! The club, our community and each of our skaters have benefited from Carrie’s dedication of time and talent. We appreciate the dedication and example that Carrie has provided.

Dedicated and deserving, please join us in congratulating (and thanking!) CARRIE CORSARO as 2019 VOLUNTEER OF THE YEAR!!

Holly Dau – 2019 Synchro Volunteer Recognition

2018-2019 marked a year of transition for our synchronized skating program. As we rebuilt our young teams, the club needed significant assistance and support. Each parent brings their dedication and support, and the board would like to recognize Holly Dau for her dedicated and focused assistance with team management. Holly stepped up and took ownership of some key tasks; and she has a penchant for problem solving and getting others involved! We appreciate the energy and leadership Holly provided for our synchro team during the 2018-2019 season.

Dedicated and deserving, please join us in thanking HOLLY DAU- SYNCHRO VOLUNTEER OF 2019!
