We are thrilled to welcome Diane Miller back to Braemar for Coaching Sessions this summer Wed June 26 – Fri June 28.
Diane G Miller is a Master Rated National and International Figure Skating Coach, holding a Master Rating in Freestyle, Figures, Sports Science and Moves in the Field. In addition she has served on the United States Olympic Committee Affiliations as a presenter and committee chair. The knowledge she is bringing to our skaters and to our rink is incredible.
Lesson sign ups will be available June 12th at 8am through Sign Up Genius. Once you have signed up for a lesson, payment can be made through MERCHANDISE on our website.

The 2024 Braemar Competition will be held June 21st and 22nd!

4th of July Parade
The annual 4th of July Parade is coming up NEXT WEEK! One of the biggest events in Edina and a fun community event.
Our figure skating club has been represented each year (rain or shine) and we are excited to again participate in this fun event. ALL SKATERS and coaches are invited to participate and walk in this event starting at 10am near City Hall on Vernon Avenue and ending at 50th and France near Lunds & Byerly’s.

Welcome to the Braemar City of Lakes Figure Skating Club (BCLFSC) web site! Our Club was established in 1959 and has a rich skating history in the Twin Cities area.
Our mission is to promote and encourage the sport of figure skating under the auspices and according to the guidelines of United States Figure Skating (USFS). We seek to develop each skater’s interest and potential within an environment of support, and with the highest standards of leadership, professionalism, and good sportsmanship. So whether you are new to skating or looking for elite training in synchronized or competitive skating, BCLFSC can help you to achieve your skating needs and goals.
Testing
The Braemar City of Lakes FSC hosts regularly scheduled USFS test sessions throughout the year.
On/Off Ice Training
Club members have a variety of on and off ice training session opportunities to improve their skating performance and reach their goals.
Braemar Competition
Our club hosts an annual USFS competition each June with participants and judges from all over the country.
